Scheduled Order Notification

For Scheduled Changes (Custom Date, On Renewal) platform creates a notification to inform the user of changes made and the date for which the Scheduled change is planned for. 

Once the Scheduled order has been placed, the recipients will receive a "Scheduled order- created" notification with the order number, planned change date, and subscription name.

If the change is scheduled OnRenewal, an additional notification "Scheduled order - changes successfully" will be sent out once the changes have been synchronized with the Vendor. The notification contains information on what changes have been made - subscription type, quantity, status, or billing frequency.

Notification Recipients: 

  • To: User Involved in the event
  • Cc: (optional): Reseller Primary
  • Bcc (optional): n/a

Notification recipients can be edited on Settings page
