Invoices with Prices = 0

Appxite Platform calculates the invoice lines with Total Price = 0 not only when Purchase Price = 0 but in all of the cases mentioned below:

During Invoice Parse:

  • All vendor incoming lines for subscription are having sum of Total Price = 0 and all invoice lines in all chains are having sum of Total Price = 0 as a result of that
  • All vendor incoming lines for subscription are having Total Price = 0 and all invoice lines in all chains are having Total Price = 0 as a result of that
  • Reseller invoice line is having Total Price = 0 due to a negative markup 100%
  • End Customer invoice line is having Total Price = 0 due to a negative markup 100%
  • Reseller and end customer invoice lines are having Total Price = 0 due to negative markups 100% for each

During Invoice calculation based on billings (to be released soon):

  • Invoice Line is having Total Price =0 due to Quantity = 0 for one meter
  • Invoice Line is having Total Price =0 due to InPrice = 0 for one meter
  • Invoice Line is having Total Price =0 due to Retail Price = 0 for one meter
  • Invoice Lines are having Total Price =0 due to Quantity = 0 for all of the meters
  • Invoice Lines are having Total Price =0 due to InPrice = 0 for all of the meters
  • Invoice Lines are having Total Price =0 due to Retail Price = 0 for all of the meters
  • Reseller invoice line is having Total Price = 0 due to a negative markup = 100%
  • End Customer invoice line is having Tota Price = 0 due to a negative markup 100%
  • Reseller and end customer invoice lines are having Total Price = 0 due to negative markups 100% for each

These use cases are especially in use with reconciliation files from vendors (eg. MS Azure usage) or when platform is used for other usage-based offers with the usages submitted to Appxite via API.
