Custom Date Scheduled Order Cancellation

When scheduled change is canceled on a custom date, platform creates a notification to inform the user about the cancellation.

• Notification trigger: Scheduled change is cancelled on custom date.
• Recipients:
  To: User Involved in the event
  Cc: (optional): Reseller Primary
  Bcc (optional)

Notification recipients can be edited on Settings page
