Product unavailable badge description
This article explains how Distributors and Sellers can manage catalogs and identify products that are unavailable for specific industries, such as Education or Nonprofit.
Select "Catalog"→ "Partner Catalogs" (for Distributor), "Customer Catalogs" (for Seller), choose desired Catalog and Select the Edit button.
See the red icon attached to the Product:
When placing the cursor on the red icon, the following text will appear:
"Unavailable for your country, industry or contract".
The possible reasons why the product is not available in the product catalog:
- Contract is missing between Vendor and Partner;
- Product is not available in the Partner's country;
- Customer's industry is not eligible for purchasing this product;
- Product is decommissioned or not finalized by Vendor.
