Seller: Price configuration for Customers
This article describes price management for all customers at once.
When applicable, consider to read also How to edit price for specific Customer.
The "Customer prices" section is accessible by Seller Admins in Seller view. This will allow to set-up a price for all Customers:
The first page will represent an overview of all price configurations that are defined in the platform. For easier navigation, use "Search bar" and filtering options (1). In order, to set-up, new prices, use the "Create new" button (2).

Setting up prices (for all Customers).
Go to "Catalog" → "Customer Prices" → "Create New":
In the next step you will have the possibility to choose the "Price Type":
- Generic - setting up Markup for all products in the Catalog.
- Vendors - setting up Markup for all products of a chosen Vendor.
- Offers - setting up Markup for chosen Offer.
Generic
- When choosing Price Type, select the "Generic" (1) option.
- Add (2) the period for the price to be effective.
- An additional field will open (3) where you can define the dates from-till.
- Select Price Source, Define the Markup, Soft and Hard limits (4).
- Press the small "Save" (5) button for the time period to become effective.
- Press the large "Save" (6) button to save all changes.
Vendors
- When choosing Price Type, select the "Vendors" (1) option.
- Select the Vendor (1a) for which products to apply the markup.
- Add (2) the period for the price to be effective.
- An additional field will open (3) where you can define the dates from-till.
- Select Price Source, Define the Markup, Soft and Hard limits (4).
- Press the small "Save" (5) button for the time period to become effective.
- Press the big "Save" (6) button to save all changes.
Offers
- When choosing Price Type, select the "Offers" (1) option.
- Select the Offer (1a) for which to apply the markup.
- In the table (1b) you can see the Vendor price, ERP price, and Current Effective Customer price (if defined previously). This information will help you to define the new price for this offer.
- Add (2) the period for the price to be effective.
- An additional field will open (3) where you can define the dates from till.
- Select Price Source, Define the Markup, Soft and Hard limits (4). You can select if Offer has a 'Special Price'.
- Press the small "Save" (5) button for the time period to become effective.
- Press the big "Save" (6) button to save all changes.

NOTE! All the changes that are saved in the "Seller view", will be applied to all Customers. If a different price is to be set-up for a particular customer, in more detail read the article - Edit Price for specific Customer.

In case already existing prices are modified, updated prices will be visible only from the next day 0:00 UTC Time.
