Customer Prices: Change Existing Markup on the Portal?
Once the Markup of any type (Generic, Vendor, Offer, or Customer specific) is created on the portal, it cannot be deleted from the Customer prices page.
The exception to this would only be the markups configured in the future periods (with the start date set in the future) or for customer specific price configurations with start date set as today's date, in cases where customer has no subscriptions or orders placed.
Those can be removed by simply selecting the target period, clicking Remove (1) and Save (2):
The existing - current price configurations can not be removed. However, they can be modified at any time. This option is only available for users with Seller Admin (or higher) role on the portal.
In order to change the existing price configuration, go to Catalog → Customer Prices (1), and click on the markup configuration record from the list (2):
On the Price Edit page, click Add (3)
Define the new pricing period by setting the From and Till dates (4)
Set the new desired pricing configuration in that newly defined period (5) and click Save (6)
Normally price configuration can be set with From date tomorrow or later. Exception is customer specific price configurations, where if the customer has no subscriptions or orders placed, start date can be set as today's date or later.
In the pop-up window, confirm the change by clicking Confirm (7)
Now you can review the price settings, and click Save (8) at the bottom of the page to save the new price configuration:
