This article explains steps that are needed to take in case if you are facing an "Invalid Domain" error while signing-in.
1. If you are not able to login to Platform due to the “Invalid Domain” error (see the image below), this means that your Azure Active Directory (AAD) tenant domain has not been added to our authentication solution.
To resolve this issue, please provide the following information by Submitting a request through the Knowledgebase:
- Customer Name
- Azure AD domain (xxx.onmicrosoft.com)
- Alias Domains*
Note! It is essential to provide us with your customer domains, which are associated with your xxx.onmicrosoft.com tenant domain and are used for sign-ins.
To find out which domains are the valid ones, you may as well ask your company's Global Administrator to provide a list of domains configured in the O365 Admin Center:
