How to do Payments by Credit Card?

This article outlines the procedure for credit card payments through the platform can be configured for customers, including necessary steps and notifications for successful and failed transactions.

In order to make payment by credit card:

Select Customer Organization:

Scroll down to find "Payments" Select the Edit icon (pencil) and choose to edit the "Payment method" field.

Change payment method to the "Payment card".

Payment Methods - When selecting the info icon, you can see more details about the selected payment method.

Enter card data, CVV code.

Check the agreement checkbox.
Select the "Save" button.

In order to verify the payment, the customer has to check their bank account.
