Can I purchase Offers for internal use?

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not support models for Indirect Sellers that allow them to buy subscriptions for their own use, therefore Indirect Sellers are unable to sell/purchase subscriptions for Internal users via their own platform.

This business rule is regulated by Microsoft and cannot be changed by AppXite, however; in certain circumstances, Microsoft may offer the opportunity for Indirect Resellers to purchase subscriptions from Microsoft directly.

If purchasing directly from Microsoft is not an option, the seller will have to establish an End Customer relationship with Microsoft. This would allow selling subscriptions to the Seller organization (as an End Customer), not as a seller.
