Subscriptions - Changes Failed

When an error occurs during an attempt to change a subscription, including any status updates, the platform sends a notification to the user who performed the operation.

• Notification trigger: Error during subscription change 
• Recipients:
  To: User involved in event
  Cc: (optional): Reseller Primary
  Bcc: (optional)

Notification recipients can be edited on Settings page
