Subscriptions - Renewal Failed

When a subscription renewal is failed, the platform sends a notification to the customer’s primary contact. If no primary contact is set for the organization, no email is sent. 

  • Notification trigger: Error during subscription renewal 
  • Recipients: 
    To:
    Customer Primary 
    Cc: (optional)
    Bcc: (optional)
