Quote - Change Requested

When a customer requests a change to a quote and the quote status is set to 'Change Requested,' the platform sends a notification to the customer with the provided comment." In this notification, customers will see prices for each order item and totals per billing cycle.

  • Notification trigger: The customer requests a change to your quote
  • Recipients
    To: Reseller Account Manager
    Cc: (optional): Reseller Primary
    Bcc (optional)
