Subscriptions - Provisioning Failed

When an error occurs during order provisioning, the platform sends a notification to the User, which performed an operation.

• Notification trigger: Error during order provisioning 
• Recipients:
  To: User involved in event
  Cc: (optional): Reseller Primary
  Bcc: (optional)

Notification recipients can be edited on Settings page
