Subscriptions - Renewal Soon
When a subscription's renewal is approaching, the platform sends a reminder to the customer’s primary contact. If no primary contact is set - no email is sent.
The notification is sent 60 days, 35 days, and 7 days before renewal, depending on the subscription term.
In this notification, customers will see prices for each order item and totals per billing cycle.

Hi,
Is it possible to send an automatic notification for all renewals regardless of whether autorenewal is turned on or not? We should inform the customers in both scenarios. Also, could there be several notifications, for example in 3 months and then a reminder in 1 months before the end date?
