Subscriptions Changes Successful

When a subscription is successfully changed, including any status updates, the platform sends a notification to the user who performed the operation.

• Notification trigger: Subscription changed successfully 
• Recipients: User involved in event
• Cc: (optional): Reseller Primary
• Bcc: (optional) 

Notification recipients can be edited on Settings page
