Quotes - Sent/Received

When a new quote or a quote update is sent by an account manager, the platform generates an email notification to the customer (or to the email specified in the quote editing view) and informs the reseller that the quote has been mailed. In the following notification, customers will see prices for each order item and totals per billing cycle.

  • Notification trigger: New quote sent to the customer
  • Recipient: 
    To: User involved in event
    Cc: (optional): Customer Primary
    Bcc: (optional): Reseller Primary

Notification recipients can be edited on Settings page
