Organization Synchronization With The Microsoft Partner Center

This article describes manual and automatic Customer synchronization from the Microsoft Partner Center.

When an existing Microsoft customer accepts a Reseller Relationship consent with a Partner (Direct Provider, Indirect Provider, or Indirect Reseller) it will immediately appear in the Partner's Microsoft Partner Center.

NOTE! Pease be aware that while Microsoft claims these updates occur instantly, they do not guarantee them.

To initiate a manual sync of the customer from the Microsoft Partner Center to AppXite portal, on the portal, navigate to "SETTINGS" -> Organizations, and click the "Sync Now" button.

This button triggers the Partner's customers sync from the Microsoft Partner Center to their platform without the need to wait for a regular automatic daily sync.
NOTE! The manual sync may take up to an hour.
Clicking this button on a Distributor portal initiates the entire Distributor (with all Indirect Resellers) sync from the Microsoft Partner Center, which can result in a longer synchronization times.
Manual sync with Microsoft will be locked for the next 60 minutes since the last run. When manual sync is locked, the "Sync now" button will not be available:

NOTE! Customer's Primary and Billing information updated on the platform will not sync to the Microsoft Partner Center. If this information needs to be changed for a customer, such a change should be done directly in the Microsoft Partner Center, which will later sync to the platform.
NOTE! The Customer's Billing Information is by default set on the platform to be the same as the Primary Information. If the Billing Information needs to be different from the Primary Information, a Support Request should be raised to AppXite Support.
