How To Add Segments Into Organization?

To edit the segments for a customer organization:

  1. Log in on behalf of the customer and select the organization.
  2. Click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the organization’s profile.
    Once the pencil icon is selected, a pop-up window will appear on the right side of the page.
    In this section, you can add existing segments or remove segments by selecting None.
    (Note: This option is only available if the customer has more than one segment created.)0002.png
  3. After making the necessary changes, click Save to apply the updates.
