Payments – Preferred Currency Reset

When the seller disables a currency previously selected by the customer, the platform sends a notification to the customer's billing contact, informing them that their preferred currency has been reset.

  • Notification trigger: Your preferred currency was reset to [new currency]
  • Recipient:
    To: Customer's billing contact 
    Cc: (optional): Reseller Primary, Reseller Billing, Customer Primary
    Bcc: (optional)
