How do I change my preferred currency?

Note! Only Customers with Customer admin rights have access to this option. 

In order to change your preferred currency: 

1. Go to the organization's information section, select the Customer's name.


2. Scroll down to find "Preferred Currency" Select the Edit icon (pencil) and choose to edit the desired currency, and select the "Save" button.


Note! Customers will be able to select a preferred currency but can't change it, and it can be selected only once. To change the currency once again, contact support.
After pressing the Save button, a pop-up window will appear, "Are you sure that the selected currency suits you? You will pay and view prices in this currency. We don't support changing it for now". Select the Confirm button to proceed.  
If the Customer selects a preferable currency, for example, (USD), he will see the converted price in USD for all offers.
In braces, real prices can be seen. Select the info icon to see the explanation of why the price is different and how the price has been converted.
If, on a Distributor portal or a Reseller portal, the additional currencies are not set up, there will be no option on a customer organization profile to select the preferred currency:
