Organizations - customer approval pending

When a new organization is created, the reseller receives a notification to review and approve it.

• Notification trigger: New organization has been created and pending your approval
• Recipients:
  To: Reseller Primary
  Cc: (optional)
  Bcc: (optional)

Notification recipients can be edited on Settings page
