How to Edit Organization profile?

This article describes how to change information for an organization, from selecting the organization to editing various fields.

In this Article:

1. Select an Organization by selecting their name at the top of the page.

c. In order to be able to edit organization information select the enter icon.

Organization's statuses

The organization has 3 statuses: 

New - Organization created but not active yet. 

Active - Customer whose Organization has active status,  will be allowed to place orders.

Blocked -Customer whose Organization has blocked status, will not be able to access the platform.

Editable fields

2. Edit icon (pencil) can be seen next to all editable fields, the user can click the pencil icons near the field that needs changing.

a. Basic details. 
b. Segments.
c. Subscriptions - selecting subscriptions, will open a new tab that directs to the Subscription section. 
d. Users- selecting users,  will open a new tab that directs to the Users section.  
e. Log in options.
f. Contacts -Edit icon (pencil), a pop-up window will appear on the right side of the page, edit and select the "Save" button.
g. Billing Contact -Edit icon (pencil), a pop-up window will appear on the right side of the page, edit and select the "Save" button.
h. Account manager -Edit icon (pencil), a pop-up window will appear on the right side of the page, edit and select the "Save" button.
I. Service desk - Edit icon (pencil), a pop-up window will appear on the right side of the page, edit and select the "Save" button.
j. Legal details -Edit icon (pencil), a pop-up window will appear on the right side of the page, edit and select the "Save" button.
k. Contracts.
l. Payments.
m. Preferred currency.
n. Balance payment history - will display current Balance of Customer:
