Price Hierarchy
Price hierarchy defines the prioritization of different prices set in the platform.
Seller admin can set-up all prices from different "views" in the platform: Seller view and Customer view.
- Through Seller view, you can set-up both Generic and Special prices (In more details read the article Customer Prices)
- Also, Customer view allows to set-up both Generic and Special prices (In more details read the article Edit Price for specific Customer)

As you can see, prices in the platform are divided into two parts: generic prices and special prices
- Generic prices can be set up for all customers / all offer(s) and for one customer / all offer(s). (In more details read the article - Seller: What is Generic price?)
- Special prices can be set for all customers / one specific offer and for one customer / specific offer.(In more details read the article - Seller: What is Offer level price?)
