Cost overview

All customers and sellers have access to the reporting section enabling tracking billings data over time. Reports can be accessed from the “Reports” section.

a. Invoice Date can be filtered, when selecting a certain year in one visual, also filters other visuals.

b. Vendor by name can be filtered. By selecting a specific Vendor you can see the cost per month, 

cost by subscription, invoiced subscription total cost, active subscription, for the selected vendor.

c. Product by name can be filtered. By selecting a specific product you can see the cost per month, 

cost by subscription, invoiced subscription total cost, active subscription, for the selected product.

d. Offer by name can be filtered. By selecting a specific offer you can see the cost per month, 

cost by subscription, invoiced subscription total cost, active subscription, for the selected offer.

e. Subscription by name can be filtered. By selecting a specific subscription you can see the cost per month, cost by subscription, invoiced subscription total cost, active subscription, for the selected subscription.

f. Subscription Start Date can be modified, by selecting the exact date.

g. Currency when selecting EUR, the currency will be displayed in euro under the revenue section or in USD, if it is selected. When selecting an Invoice Currency - the currency will be displayed on customers' currency. 

h. When selecting the info icon, the current message will display "This report shows monthly cost based on portal invoice data. If invoices are not processed through the platform, then some deviations are possible. Please see the knowledge base article for more information".

j. The button resets the filter reports.

k. The next page will be accessed.
