What are Offers and Subscriptions?

An Offer is a service or a product, available for purchase, provided by a Vendor.
When a customer creates an order for an offer and it is provisioned, he gets a Subscription.

The offer types are:

• license-based - subscription is invoiced by its quantity in the billing period.
• consumption-based (usage-based) - subscriptions are invoiced by the usage of resources.
• one-time - subscriptions are invoiced just one time.
