Ask customer to accept MCuA if their current version is outdated

Microsoft customer has been in operation prior to 2020 and has previously signed the required Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCuA) in 2019. Microsoft has since made updates that invalidate the MCuA if signed before 2020. If an order is attempted with MCuA signed before 2020, then the order is not accepted by MS.

AppXite platform currently checks if MCuA is signed, and if not, presents the MCuA form. The AppXite platform does not check the date of the MCuA signed.
