Notification Settings Levels
There are two levels of notifications settings:
- 'Distributor Level'
- 'Seller Level'
'Distributor Level' is available at the distributor platform and 'Seller Level' is available at the seller platforms.
There is a direct relation between 'Distributor Level' and 'Seller Level' across distributor and seller portals. For details, please see the example below:

Recipients from Distributor field and recipients from Seller field and default recipients** are getting the notification. |

Recipients from Distributor field nor recipients from Seller field nor default recipients** are not getting any notification. |
** The list below shows the default recipients for particular events whom should receive the notification always unless distributor or seller notifications are disabled for both - distributor and seller level.

Important: the recipients from distributor field are not visible for resellers and it is based on the design to encapsulate the data between different business stakeholders.
