How to Change Adobe Industry?

Introduction

This article guides Customers on how to update their Adobe Customer Segment (industry). Each Customer can have only one Customer Segment, with COM (Commercial) set as the default. The segment can be changed until the first Order is placed or when all Subscriptions are in a suspended state.

Customers can update their segment by accessing the buy page for any Offer and selecting the "Update admin account" action.

Follow these steps to update your account:

1. Select any Adobe Offer from the Catalog.
2. Change the action to "Update admin account".
   
3. Choose the appropriate industry from the available options.
   
4. Submit the changes to complete the update.

Limitations

Customer Segment updates are not possible after the first Order has been placed, unless all Subscriptions are in a suspended state.

Also check whether you need to update the sub-segment in the Admin Console (EDU sub-segments are set there).
