Troubleshooting

In case of a "Please enter a valid email" message, please submit a ticket to Support Team by providing tenant domain name along with aliases so that it can be whitelisted first.

NOTE! If your organization is new to the platform, your domain may need to be added to the allowlist before you can log in. Contact your system administrator if you encounter persistent login issues.

Limitations

AAD login only works with organizational accounts that have been properly configured by your IT department. Personal Microsoft accounts cannot be used with this login method, even if they are used for work purposes.
