How to modify an Order?

Introduction

This article guides users through the process of modifying orders by editing subscription details, updating pricing, and managing order items. It covers the complete workflow from accessing order details to finalizing changes, including the option to remove subscriptions and save orders for later checkout.

In the order management interface, you can modify existing orders by updating subscription details, adjusting pricing, or removing items as needed.

Access Order Details

Click on the license name to open the order details table. This will display all subscription information, pricing details, and available modification options.

• Current subscription details
• Pricing information (monthly/annual)
• Quantity settings
• Shopping cart status
• Edit and remove options

Edit Subscription Information

Select the Edit button to modify subscription details.

A pop-up window will appear with the following options:

• Billing cycle: Monthly or annual subscription options
• Pricing details: Including partner price, suggested retail price, and customer price
• Quantity adjustments: Modify the number of licenses
• Summary table: Review all pricing tiers and margins

To update subscription details:

1. Modify the required fields in the pop-up window
2. Review the pricing summary table
3. Apply changes by selecting the Update button
4. Confirm the modifications to proceed

The system will recalculate pricing automatically based on your changes and display the updated totals.

Remove Subscriptions

If you need to remove a subscription from the order:

1. Select the subscription you want to remove
2. Choose the removal option
3. A confirmation pop-up window will appear
4. Approve the changes to complete the removal

Save Orders for Later

The order will be automatically saved in the shopping cart for later checkout, even if it is not submitted by pressing Place order. This allows you to:

• Continue shopping for additional items
• Review pricing before final submission
• Complete the purchase at a convenient time
• Make additional modifications if needed

Limitations

Orders saved in the shopping cart will remain available for checkout until manually removed or the session expires. Users should complete their purchases within a reasonable timeframe to avoid potential pricing changes or product availability issues.
