This article describes how the Customers' Product Catalog is organized and guides customers through using categories and filters to find products efficiently on the platform.

The Customer Product Catalog provides an organized view of all available products on your platform. Customers can navigate through categories and apply filters to quickly locate products that match their specific requirements.

NOTE! If filters are not visible in a category, it means the seller has not applied custom tags or filters to the products in that category.

Understanding Categories

Categories display a comprehensive list of products currently available on your platform. The category structure is organized to help customers browse products systematically and locate items efficiently.

When you access the catalog, you'll see:

  • A left sidebar with all available categories

  • Product listings organized within each category
  • Category names that reflect the type of products contained within

Each category contains products that have been specifically assigned to that section by the seller. Products may appear in multiple categories if they serve different purposes or market segments.

Using Filters

Filters enable customers to refine product searches and locate specific items based on their exact requirements. The filtering system works in conjunction with categories to provide precise product discovery.

Filters (if applicable) will appear if a category with an applied filter is selected.

Product Selection Process

The catalog interface provides a streamlined approach to product discovery and selection:

Step 1: Browse through categories to identify the product type you need 

Step 2: Review available products within the selected category

 Step 3: Apply filters (if available) to narrow down options 

Step 4: Select products that meet your requirements and check the Offers under given Product
