How to log in to Product Management tool

This article guides users through the sign-in process for the Product Management tool. It explains how to access the Platform, enter your credentials, and choose from the available authentication options, including password-based sign-in and Single Sign-On (SSO) via Microsoft work accounts, Microsoft personal accounts, or Google accounts.

Access the Product Management tool

Open your browser and go to the Product Management tool. On the welcome screen, click the Sign In button. You will be redirected to a secure authentication page.

On the Sign in page, enter your email address in the Email field and click Next.

After clicking Next, the Platform displays the available authentication options. Select the option that matches your account type.

The following options are available:

• Sign in with Password – redirects you to an external password entry screen. On that screen, enter your password and click LOG IN. If you have forgotten your password, use the Don't remember your password? option available on the external password entry screen.
• Sign in with Work email (AAD Account) – sign in using your Microsoft work account via SSO.
• Sign in with Personal email (Live ID) – sign in using your Microsoft personal account via SSO.
• Sign in with Google – sign in using your Google account via SSO.
