IBM Seller Guide
At the checkout, Admin information is required (Admin Information is a person who will be using IBM products):
- First Name;
- Last name;
- Email;
For New Admin: Admin will receive an email from IBM with instructions to create a new account or IBM ID in the IBM portal.
Example email for New Admin:
For existing Admin account, Admin will be directed to IBM to login to the IBM portal for further actions, assign licenses and license management.
Example email for existing Admin:
Subscription term: depends on offer monthly or yearly.
Invoice depending on offer: upfront for the year or monthly billing.
Some offers have consumption-based overage (IBM Cloud, IBM Aspera on Cloud..).
Renewal: Automatic.
Suspension: Suspend subscription in the AppXite Platform. Subscription won’t renew after the term end date (depending on specific offer term: 1 month or 1 year).
Examples of emails from IBM that existing Admin will receive after purchase.
IBM processes the order and sends out a Welcome email with License key and instructions to Admin email.
