Before purchasing IBM products, please provide Seller CEID to the CSM team (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to gain IBM benefits after purchases.
At the checkout, Admin information is required (Admin Information is a person who will be using IBM products):
- First Name;
- Last name;
For New Admin: Admin will receive an email from IBM with instructions to create a new account or IBM ID in the IBM portal.

For existing Admin account, Admin will be directed to IBM to login to the IBM portal for further actions, assign licenses and license management.
Example email for existing Admin:
Subscription term: depends on offer monthly or yearly.
Invoice depending on offer: upfront for the year or monthly billing.
Some offers have consumption-based overage (IBM Cloud, IBM Aspera on Cloud..).
Suspension: Suspend subscription in the AppXite Platform. Subscription won’t renew after the term end date (depending on specific offer term: 1 month or 1 year).
