How can I see details of my Incoming Billings?

Article outlines the different types of invoices, how to access detailed billing information, utilize filters for better organization, and export data seamlessly.
In this article:
The Incoming Billings section contains the following invoices:
- From Microsoft to Direct Seller, uploaded from Microsoft Partner Center (Invoice ID starts with a capital letter followed by digits).
- From any Vendor to Direct or Indirect Seller, generated by the Platform (Invoice ID contains digits only).
Incoming Billings view
To view the Incoming Billings, choose the invoice according to Invoice ID and click it.
By clicking on Invoice ID, you access all the information about your customers and their subscriptions:
Incoming Billings details
The Incoming Billings details page shows the detailed, charge-level breakdown of a selected invoice. Each Customer is listed separately, and under each customer you can see all their subscriptions and purchase details.
At the top of the page, you have the following options:

Summary / Detailed - switch between two view modes. The Detailed view adds two extra columns, Meter info and Vendor details.
- Search - search by charge type, offer name, or subscription.

Export - export the grid data as CSV or Excel. To control which columns are exported, set up the columns first.

Columns - choose which columns to display on the page.

Clear Filters - reset any active filters and search terms.

Total (selected) - shown on the right, displays the combined amount of the currently selected line items.
Incoming billings details columns
The Incoming Billings Details page (Summary view) covers the following columns by default:
- Charge type - type of charge applied (e.g., Purchase Fee). For more details, read Complete guide to charge types.
- Retail Price Source - source used to determine the retail price (e.g., VendorRetailPrice)
- Contract name - name of the contract associated with the charge
- Status - status of the line item (e.g., Verified, new)
- Component - component associated with the charge, if applicable
- Customer name - name of the customer being billed
- Subscription name - name of the subscription the charge belongs to
- Subscription start date - start date of the subscription
- Subscription end date - end date of the subscription
- Charge start date - start date of the charge period
- Charge end date - end date of the charge period
- Currency - currency of the charge
- Customer Unit price - unit price charged to the customer
- Customer quantity - quantity billed to the customer
- Customer total price - total price charged to the customer for the line item
- Invoice Reference # - reference number for the invoice, if applicable
- Custom Properties - custom properties associated with the charge, if applicable
- Custom Charge Details - additional custom details related to the charge, if applicable
The Detailed view additionally includes:
- Meter info - metering information related to the charge
- Vendor details - details about the vendor associated with the charge
Summary
The Incoming Billings section enables you to access and manage invoices from Microsoft Partner Center and Platform vendors. Through the Invoice ID view, you can review customer subscription details, apply filters for better organization, customize column displays, and export data to Excel or CSV. These tools streamline invoice verification and management for both Direct and Indirect Sellers.
