How to Log in with the "Account" Option?

Introduction

This article guides users through the process of logging into the platform using the "Account" option. The "Account" option allows users to access the platform with their email address and password that were registered in the database via an invitation link. This method requires two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

In this article:

NOTE! To log into your platform with the "Account" option, your account should be created via invitation link that's sent by your seller to the platform as a user.

Select the Account Option

  1. Select the "Account" option.

Enter Login Credentials

  1. A pop-up window will appear, choose "Log in".
  2. Enter your email: name.surname@domain.com into the "Email" field and your password in the "Password" field.
  3. Select "Log in".

Complete Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  1. Look into the Authenticator application on your mobile device.
  2. Enter the Authenticator-generated 6-digit code in the verification field.

Access the Platform

Upon entering the code correctly, you will be redirected to the main page of the portal URL you navigated to, continuing your browsing session.

Limitations

Two-factor authentication is required for all account-based logins and cannot be bypassed or disabled for security reasons.
