Custom HTML Blocks

The Custom HTML Blocks feature enables you to inject custom HTML content into specific areas of your Platform, allowing for extensive customization of both the login experience and product catalogue presentation. This functionality is particularly useful for organizations that want to maintain consistent branding, provide context-specific information, or create unique user experiences across different levels of their distribution hierarchy.

You can customize your Login Page and Product Catalogue with your own content by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Theme & UI

  2. Select Custom HTML Blocks

  3. You can add messages in multiple languages supported by the Platform

The Platform displays an explanatory card describing the feature's capabilities and use cases within the Custom HTML Blocks section.

In the Settings → Theme & UI → Custom HTML Block, you have 3 options:

  • Product Catalog
  • Header Message (Login Page)
  • Footer Message (Login Page)

Product Catalog

Use this field to input HTML content for your product catalogue. This content will be inherited by and visible in all Indirect Seller and Customer catalogues.

NOTE! If Custom HTML (Header, Footer, Product Catalog) is set up on the Distributor Platform, it is shown both on Distributor and Indirect Seller Platforms (on behalf and not on behalf). If it's set up on Seller level, this content is visible only on the specific Platform.

Header Message (Login Page)

Use this field to input HTML content for the header. This is an ideal space to introduce your Platform to Platform Users, explain the login process, provide initial guidance, and more. The feature also supports dynamic content. You can insert an HTML block containing a banner, which can be customized to fit and display on the login page.

Footer Message (Login Page)

Use this field to input HTML content for the footer. You can use it to introduce your Platform to Platform Users, explain the login process, offer additional guidance, and more.

Saving Changes

For Catalog page, Header and Footer click Upload HTML to save the changes.

Inserted messages will be displayed on the Log in page as shown below for:

  1. Product Catalog
  2. Header Message (Login Page)
  3. Footer Message (Login Page)

Reseller-Level Configuration

It's possible to set up any type of Custom HTML on Seller level. Due to access limitation, it could be done only by Distributor Admin.

NOTE! Seller's own Custom HTML setting overrides Distributor's setting.

Delete the Header or Footer Message

You can remove inserted HTML content as needed:

  1. Delete the Catalog page image, Header or Footer Message content
  2. Click Clear Content

  3. The content will no longer be visible upon the next login attempt. Depending on the Platform User's browser session, clearing the browser cache may be required for the changes to take effect.
