How to customize your brand through themes and UI

Introduction

This article describes how to customize your Platform's theme and interface settings, including changing colors and uploading logos, to enhance user experience and brand identity. Sellers can personalize their Platform appearance by modifying color schemes and adding custom logos through the Settings interface.

Access theme and UI settings

To begin customizing your Platform branding:

1. Log in to your Platform
2. Navigate to "Settings"
   
3. Select the "Theme & UI" sub-section
   

Customize platform colors

You can modify your Platform's color scheme to match your Organization's branding:

1. In the Theme & UI section, locate the "Theme color" area
2. Choose your desired color using one of these methods:
   • Enter a specific color code in the text field (e.g., #005CFF)
   • Use the integrated color picker widget to select visually
   • 
3. Click "Save" to apply your changes
   

NOTE! The selected theme color will be applied to buttons, links, highlights, hover effects, and other interactive elements throughout your Platform.

Upload your organization logo

To add your Organization's logo to the Platform:

1. In the "Choose your branding" section, locate "Upload logo"
   
2. Click the "Select file" button
   
3. Choose your logo file from your computer
   • Maximum file size: 200 KB
   • Allowed file extensions: .png

Preview customizations in notifications

The customized theme and logo will be used across all Platform notifications and communications. This includes:

• User invitation emails
• Account activation messages
• System notifications
• Email communications sent from the Platform

The example shows how your custom theme color appears in the "Activate account" button and other interactive elements within Platform notifications.
