Access Branding Settings

Seller Admins and Distributor Admins can upload or modify logos through the Platform's branding configuration interface.

1. Navigate to Settings

Upload Logo Requirements

Before uploading your logo, ensure your file meets the following technical specifications:

File Format Requirements:

  • Accepted formats: .svg or .png files only
  • Maximum file size: 200KB
  • Recommended: .png files with transparent background for optimal display
NOTE! The format of uploaded images should be .svg or .png file, size should be up to 200KB.

Logo Upload Process

To upload your Organization's logo, follow these sequential steps:

  1. Access Settings from the main navigation menu
  2. Go to Theme & UI section

  3. Select Branding from the settings options
  4. Locate the Upload logo section
  5. Click Select file to browse for your logo file
  6. Choose your prepared logo file (meeting the requirements above)
  7. Click the Save button to confirm the upload

The system will process your upload and display the new logo once successfully saved.

Remove Uploaded Logo

If you need to remove an existing logo:

Select the (x) icon next to the uploaded file to remove it from your branding configuration.

Troubleshooting Upload Issues

If your logo upload fails, you may encounter the following error scenarios:

File Requirements Error: If the file format or size doesn't meet the specified requirements, the upload will be rejected. The system will display this error message:

Warning! If you will select cancel button, the order will be hidden. 

Resolution Steps:

  • Verify your file is in .svg or .png format
  • Check that file size is under 200KB
  • For .png files, ensure transparent background
  • Compress the file if it exceeds size limits
  • Try uploading again after making necessary adjustments

Limitations

Logo uploads are restricted to Seller Admins and Distributor Admins only. Other Platform Users do not have access to branding modification features.

File format support is limited to .svg and .png formats. Other image formats such as .jpg, .gif, or .webp are not supported for logo uploads.
