Notification trigger and recipients

The Platform generates a Custom Date Scheduled Order Cancellation notification when a scheduled change is canceled on a custom date.

Notification trigger: Scheduled change is canceled on custom date.

Recipients:

• To: Platform User involved in the event
• Cc (optional): Seller Primary
• Bcc (optional): Additional recipients as configured

Notification format and content

The notification follows a standard format that includes the Platform logo and provides clear information about the canceled scheduled change.

Managing notification settings
