Notification trigger and recipients
The Platform generates a Custom Date Scheduled Order Cancellation notification when a scheduled change is canceled on a custom date.
Notification trigger: Scheduled change is canceled on custom date.
Recipients:
- To: Platform User involved in the event
- Cc (optional): Seller Primary
- Bcc (optional): Additional recipients as configured
Notification format and content
