Cancel the quote: If needed, you can cancel the quote. For detailed instructions, refer to the article "How to cancel a quote?"
Send updates: After saving changes, you can send the updated quote to the Customer by selecting the send updates button.
Quote statuses
Quotes can have the following statuses:
Sent: The Customer has not responded with an action on the quote.
Accepted: The quote has been accepted by the Customer. When a quote is accepted, the Offer will appear as an Order under the Orders section. The quote status changes to Accepted, provisioning of purchased items is initiated, and invoicing takes place along with other standard purchase processes.
Canceled: The quote has been canceled and invalidated by the Seller, making it impossible for the Customer to accept.
Draft: The quote has not been sent to the Customer and is visible only to the Seller.
Expired: The quote validity period ended with no Customer response.
Rejected: The quote has been rejected by the Customer.
Change Requested: The Customer has requested a change to the quote. You can modify and resend the quote, or cancel it. Only the Seller can cancel the quote.
Managing inactive quotes
You can filter your quote view to hide inactive Quotes and display only active quotes with a Sent status. This helps you focus on quotes requiring immediate attention and streamlines your workflow.
To hide inactive quotes, use the "Hide inactive" toggle option in the Quotes section. This will display only the quotes that are currently active and awaiting Customer response.
