How to cancel a Quote?
Introduction
This article guides Seller Admins through the process of canceling a Quote in the Platform. Once created, a Quote can be modified, resent, or canceled completely. Only users with Seller Admin permissions can complete the cancel action. The article provides step-by-step instructions for navigating to the Quotes section, selecting the appropriate Quote, and confirming the cancellation.

Navigate to the Quotes section
To begin the cancellation process, you need to locate and open the specific Quote you wish to cancel.
Navigate to the Quotes section and select the Quote name you would like to cancel.
The Quote details will open in a new window, displaying the current information including items, quantities, amounts, and the current status.
Cancel the Quote
Once you have opened the Quote details, you can proceed with the cancellation.
Select the Cancel button located at the bottom of the Quote details page. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation.
The message will state: "Canceling the quote will notify the customer that the quote is no longer available for acceptance."
Press the Confirm button to proceed with the cancellation, or select Cancel if you wish to keep the Quote active.
Verify cancellation status
After confirming the cancellation, the system will update the Quote status to reflect the change.
Under the Quotes section, you will see the Canceled status displayed for the Quote. The status will also be visible when you open the Quote details, appearing in the upper right corner of the page. Once canceled, the Quote is no longer available for the Customer to accept.
