Multi-Tier Order Approval

A multi-tier order approval feature empowers partners with greater oversight over order management. Partners can now activate order approval, enabling a structured step-by-step review process before order fulfillment. Upon order placement, notifications are sent to all approving partners for review. If any partner declines, the order fails, and the customer is notified. Conversely, if all approvals are received, the provisioning workflow is initiated, leading to either the creation of a new subscription or the update of an existing one.

Image Upload Requirements

To ensure high-quality product visuals for end-customers partners now are required to upload images with a minimum resolution of 400 x 400 pixels; otherwise, an error message will be displayed. Additionally, the file uploader now supports only JPG, PNG, GIF, and SVG formats, ensuring compatibility and preventing unsupported file types. These updates improve the overall user experience and ensure consistent, high-quality visuals across platforms.

Consistent Localization of Industry Types

We have resolved an issue affecting the display of industry types in local languages, where industries initially appeared in the local language before switching to English or remained in English regardless of the platform language. With this update, industries will now consistently display in the local language based on the region, and will dynamically update to English if the platform language is switched to English.
