Faster Microsoft Customer Onboarding with Placeholder Tenant Support

Partners can now create a Placeholder Tenant for customers who already have a Microsoft tenant and are moving under their management. The updated tenant creation UI makes it easy to choose between creating a New Tenant Domain or a Placeholder Domain for an existing tenant.By capturing the tenant details before the Microsoft partnership is accepted, partners can prepare the customer environment and subscription orders in advance, reducing onboarding delays and accelerating time to revenue.

This also makes the Placeholder Tenant a practical way to manage proposals for prospect customers: partners can build out a full subscription order — products, quantities, pricing - against a prospect's placeholder tenant while the deal is still being negotiated, rather than waiting until the partnership is formally accepted to start configuring anything. The proposal sits ready to go, so once the customer approves the partnership, the tenant is automatically matched and activated, and the pre-built order can move straight into production without re-work.

Scheduled Orders for Pending Tenant Activation

Partners can now pre-order subscriptions for Pending Placeholder Tenants and have them automatically placed once the tenant becomes active. This allows partners to prepare the customer's required subscriptions before Microsoft partnership acceptance is completed, reducing delays between tenant activation and service provisioning. A new On Tenant Activation option complements custom-date scheduling, helping partners accelerate customer onboarding, reduce manual follow-up, and ensure subscriptions are provisioned as soon as the tenant is ready.

This also makes Scheduled Orders a practical way to manage proposals for prospect customers: partners can assemble the full subscription order in advance and set it to fire automatically On Tenant Activation, so the moment the prospect approves the partnership, provisioning happens without anyone needing to remember to place the order manually. The proposal effectively becomes a queued order - negotiated and built ahead of time, then executed the instant the tenant goes live.

Improved ConnectWise Sync Visibility and Troubleshooting

ConnectWise invoice and customer synchronization now provides clearer sync outcomes by distinguishing skipped records from actual failures. Enhanced Sync Messages and diagnostics make troubleshooting faster, while exact invoice line ID search helps users quickly locate specific records. These improvements provide better visibility into sync results and make integration issues easier to identify and resolve.

Clearer Notifications for Multi-Subscription Order Changes

Subscription change notifications have been enhanced for operations that affect multiple subscriptions, providing separate updates for each subscription involved. For Adobe trial conversions that terminate an original subscription and create or reactivate a paid subscription, partners now receive clear Previous vs. New details for both changes. This provides better visibility into complex order outcomes, reduces ambiguity, and makes subscription lifecycle changes easier to track.
