Release Notes 225
Adobe Product Recommendations Available in the Ordering Experience
The Adobe ordering experience now includes a View available recommendations option, allowing users to retrieve personalized product recommendations directly from Adobe. Recommended offers are presented in clear categories, including suggested upgrades, frequently bought-together products, and relevant add-ons, helping partners identify additional sales opportunities during the purchasing process. The Adobe Recommendations API has also been extended with an optional includePropensity parameter, enabling integrations to retrieve customer propensity insights, such as churn risk and seat expansion potential, alongside product recommendations.

Adobe Promotion Codes for Scheduled Renewals
Adobe renewal promotion codes can now be applied through scheduled orders for subscriptions with auto-renewal enabled, with or without a simultaneous quantity change. Promotion codes are checked against Adobe’s discount data before submission and verified through the renewal preview process, helping prevent invalid or ineligible discounts from being applied. Existing codes are preserved when no new code is provided and replaced when a different code is submitted, giving partners greater flexibility to manage regular and three-year commitment renewal promotions.
Adobe Order APIs Enhanced with Pricing Information
The Adobe Order APIs now support an optional fetch-price parameter, allowing partners to retrieve detailed pricing information directly from order responses. When enabled, the APIs return partner pricing, discounts, line item totals, and pricing summaries, improving pricing transparency and simplifying invoice reconciliation while remaining fully backward compatible.
APIs: Adobe Get Customer Order Details API, Adobe Search Customer Order history API
Extended Search and Filtering in the Subscriptions Grid
The Subscriptions Grid has been extended with more powerful search and filtering capabilities, making it easier to find and manage subscriptions across large environments. Partners can now filter subscriptions by Tier, search directly by Domain Name and Tenant, and use searchable filter lists for key attributes such as Customer Name, Vendor, Offer Name, Subscription Name, External IDs, Organization Reference, and Subscription IDs. These improvements reduce the time spent locating subscriptions, streamline day-to-day administration, and help partners work more efficiently with large subscription portfolios.

Bulk CSV/Excel Import for Faster Custom Invoice Line Creation
Custom Invoices now support bulk invoice line creation through CSV and Excel file uploads, enabling partners to create large volumes of invoice lines significantly faster while reducing manual data entry. A downloadable template simplifies file preparation, and uploaded data is automatically validated against platform rules, resolving key fields into user-friendly values and highlighting any issues for quick correction. This enhancement streamlines invoice creation, accelerates billing operations, and delivers a more efficient, reliable experience for managing high-volume custom invoices.

Multiple Images Support for Product Offers
Product offers now support uploading up to five additional images, bringing the new Offer Form experience in line with previous functionality. Partners can showcase products with multiple visuals, creating richer offer presentations and providing customers with more comprehensive product information during the purchasing process.

Extended PermissionsGranted Webhook with User Identification Data
The PermissionsGranted webhook now includes the user’s ID, email address, first name, and last name, giving external integrations the information needed to identify and synchronize users when permissions are granted. This is especially important when an existing user is invited again after their previous roles were removed, as the standard UserInvited webhook is not triggered in that scenario. The enriched payload improves the reliability of downstream user provisioning and synchronization workflows while preserving the existing webhook behavior and backward compatibility.
