Microsoft CSP Growth Margins Supported in AppXite
AppXite is ready to support Microsoft CSP Growth Margins, the new partner economics model launching on October 1, 2026. Growth Margins provide eligible CSP partners with additional margin on top of the standard base margin when they drive qualifying growth scenarios, such as new-to-offer purchases, seat expansion, and adoption of strategic workloads. Unlike customer promotions, Growth Margin is a partner-earned benefit that reduces the partner purchase price rather than the customer-facing price.
The AppXite Platform now supports the core Growth Margin transaction flow for two-tier distribution scenarios, including distributors and their sellers. During purchase configuration, the platform can identify an applicable Growth Margin, calculate the resulting partner price, and display the margin before the order is placed. Once the purchase is completed, the applied Growth Margin is stored with the subscription and remains visible when the subscription is opened.

Extended Promotion Information Available Through New APIs
New promotion APIs provide partners and integrations with extended visibility into vendor promotions for both new purchases and existing subscriptions. Users can retrieve promotions already applied to a subscription and check vendor promotions available or eligible for a specific offer or subscription, including discount details, validity periods, promotion IDs, eligibility, organization-specific benefits, and additional vendor information. This enables more transparent promotion management, supports Microsoft Growth Margin scenarios, and gives external integrations the data needed to surface and manage promotional opportunities without relying solely on calculated pricing results.

Enhanced Price Table for Clearer Pricing and Profitability Analysis
The Price Table has been enhanced to provide a clearer view of how prices are configured and how they translate into profitability across each tier. Pricing information is now organized into Price Configuration, Profitability, Unit Economics, and Price, with visibility into catalog and subscription adjustments, total adjustments, margins, and buy/sell prices. The table also supports tier-specific currencies, FX rate visibility, and clearer pro-rated pricing, helping partners understand and validate complex pricing calculations more easily.

Latest Product Management Version Becomes the Default Experience
Latest Product Management version (V2) is now the default experience for all users, with the previous “New UI (beta)” toggle removed. All Product Management areas—including offers, pricing, products, promotions, contracts, vendors, and provisioning—now open directly in V2, providing a consistent experience across the service. Product Management V1 will be retired after September 24, completing the transition to Product Management V2 as the standard experience for all users. Existing user sessions, language preferences, and saved form data remain unaffected.

Corrected ConnectWise Billing Date Alignment
The First day of next month rule in the ConnectWise integration has been corrected to align charge end dates with the actual billing period. Instead of moving the date one month ahead, the adjusted charge end date is now set to the first day of the Invoice Date month, preventing billing periods from being shifted too far and improving invoice accuracy.

Multi-Currency Pricing Visibility Across the Sales Channel
Offer Buy and Subscription Edit Sections now provide clearer multi-currency pricing across Distributor, Seller, and Customer tiers, showing each tier in its relevant transaction currency and the final customer price in the currency they will pay. When currencies differ, users can view the applicable FX conversion and, in the detailed view, see exactly how prices are converted between tiers. The enhanced Price Table also provides tier-specific pricing, adjustments, margins, and profitability in the appropriate currencies, making complex multi-currency pricing easier to understand, validate, and manage.

ERP IDs Added to Invoice Management
The Invoices section now includes separate Invoice Receiver ERP ID and Seller ERP ID fields, making it easier to map invoice parties between the AppXite Platform and external ERP systems. Both fields are available for incoming and outgoing invoices, support searching, filtering, and Excel export, helping streamline invoice reconciliation and ERP-based billing workflows. External Invoice ID also now supports multiple values when more than one external identifier is associated with an invoice.

Azure Consumption Promotions Available in the Platform
Partners can discover and purchase Azure Consumption Promotions directly through the Platform catalog. Promotions are synchronized from Microsoft automatically once a month, priced in all supported currencies, and purchased through the standard cart and checkout flow — just like any other Subscription. Once purchased, the promotion Subscription is visible on the Platform and in Microsoft Partner Center, with the discount applied automatically by Microsoft on matching Azure usage charges through Azure Plan invoicing.

Automated Monthly Adobe Price List Sync
Adobe VIP Marketplace pricing is now kept up to date automatically, with a sync running on the 1st of each month across EUR, GBP, and USD and the COM, EDU, and GOV segments. The platform retrieves the latest price list directly from Adobe and applies it with the correct effective date, so partners always see accurate, current pricing without any manual list uploads or spreadsheet reconciliation. This reduces pricing errors, removes a recurring manual task, and ensures Adobe offers stay aligned with Adobe's own published price list from day one of each month.
