Appxite

Introduction

This article describes how a new Organization can be created manually. In the Select Organization section, you (Seller Admin) can create a new Customer Organization.

NOTE! The Organization is officially created when either Create and approve or Create is selected. Choosing Create simply means the approval step will be done later.
For more details, see: How to activate an organization?

For Microsoft Customers: If the desired Customer is already registered with the Microsoft Partner Center, please see the article about adding a Microsoft Tenant.

Understand creation options

At the bottom of the creation form, there are two options:

A. Create and approve – The Organization is created and immediately approved, which means it can start purchasing Products right away.

B. Create – The Organization is created in a pending state and must be approved later before any purchases can be made.

For more details, see the article How to activate an organization?.

Adding a Microsoft Tenant later

If the Customer wants to become a Microsoft customer after the manual creation, a Microsoft Tenant can be created at the time of Subscription purchase.

For more guidance, see the article "Add Microsoft Tenant".

Summary

The Organization can be created in either an approved or new state, depending on whether you choose Create and approve or Create. Accurate completion of fields such as ERP ID, address, and industry is essential, as these details impact purchasing readiness and Microsoft Tenant creation. Organizations created manually can later be linked to Microsoft by adding a Tenant during Subscription purchase.
