How to select an Organization?
Introduction
This article guides Account Managers through the process of selecting and managing customer or Organization profiles in the Platform. It covers how to navigate the Select Organization page, create new organizations, search and filter existing ones, and access organization profiles, Subscriptions, and Invoice Contracts. Understanding this process is essential for effective organization management and enables users to efficiently act on behalf of selected organizations in Customer View.

Access the Select Organization Page
To manage a customer or Organization profile, navigate to the Select Organization page.
Create and Review Organizations
On the Select Organization page, you can perform several key actions to manage organizations effectively.
Create a New Organization
Click the "Create new" button in the top right corner to add a new Organization to the system.
Review the List of Organizations
The main view displays all organizations you have access to manage. Each Organization entry shows key information including:
- Organization name
- Number of Subscriptions
- Number of Invoice Contracts
- Customer Segment assignment
- Country location
- ERP ID (if available)
The ERP ID will be displayed for the Organization if available. In more detail read the article What is ERP ID column in organizations list?
Search and Filter Organizations
You can efficiently locate specific organizations using the built-in search and filter capabilities.
Search by Organization Name
Use the search field in the top right to find organizations by entering their name.
Filter by Attributes
Apply filters to narrow down the organization list by:
- Status
- Country
- Other available criteria
Act on Behalf of an Organization
To manage an Organization in Customer View, click on the Organization name in the list. This allows you to:
- View and manage Subscriptions
- Access Invoice Contracts
- Perform administrative tasks on behalf of the selected Organization
Edit Organization Profile
It is also possible to Edit the Organization profile by clicking the "Profile" button next to the Organization name.
Review Organization Profiles and Subscriptions
Access Organization Profile
Click on "Profile" next to the Organization name to review the profile details of an individual Organization.
View Subscriptions and Contracts
In Customer View, you can review Subscriptions and Invoice Contracts of a selected Organization by clicking on the number of Subscriptions or Invoice Contracts displayed for that Organization respectively.
