How to view and search organizations by ERP ID

Introduction

This article guides Sellers on viewing and searching Organizations by ERP ID within the Platform. The ERP ID is an optional unique identifier that connects organizations to your ERP system, enabling efficient filtering and organization management.

The ERP ID is a unique identifier for Organizations within the Seller's ERP system. It is optional for Sellers to have an ERP ID associated with their Organizations. However, if you are familiar with your Customers' ERP IDs, you can easily view and search or filter Organizations by their ERP ID on the Select Organization page.

NOTE! The ERP ID field is visible only if at least one Organization has an ERP ID assigned.

View ERP ID for organizations

Navigate to Select Organization in the top navigation menu.

The Organizations list displays all available Organizations with their associated ERP IDs in a dedicated column. You can sort the list by clicking on the ERP ID column header.

Search and filter by ERP ID

You can use the search functionality to quickly locate Organizations by their ERP ID.

Enter the ERP ID value in the search field located in the top right corner of the Organizations page. The Platform will filter the results to display matching Organizations.

Alternatively, you can use the ERP ID column for sorting to group Organizations with similar ERP IDs together.
