How to accept Quote as a Customer?

This article guides Customers and Customer Admins through the process of accepting quotes sent by Sellers. It covers the steps to review and accept a quote, which automatically places an Order. The article emphasizes that only authorized users can accept quotes and highlights the requirement to agree to Terms & Conditions before finalizing the acceptance.

Accessing the Quote
Once a quote has been sent by the Seller, you will receive an email notification with the quote details.
The email will include:
- Quote summary with item details and pricing
- Quantity and total amount
- Validity period (typically 13 days to accept)
- Accept button to proceed with the quote
Accepting the Quote and placing the Order
To accept the quote, select the Accept button in the email notification.
After selecting Accept, a pop-up window will display the Terms & Conditions. Review the Terms & Conditions carefully and select the I agree button to continue.

Accepting the quote will automatically place the Order.
